We design IPCC complexes and heavy-duty conveyor lines (with a capacity of up to 20,000 t/h). We select equipment for different sections of the IPCC line (crushing and screening, conveyor, mineral processing, such as milling and flotation, etc.) from proven and well-established manufacturers, and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the entire assembled system. We promptly resolve emerging issues, support the project at all stages of development, ensure close and clear interaction with equipment manufacturers, in Russian and English. We finalize design documentation from foreign manufacturers taking into account the Russian-language mentality and professional terminology.
We supply components for conveyors (rollers, drums) with an extended service life, as a separate type of product, as well as robotic monitoring systems for conveyor lines.
